Mix-culture couple deal with Chinese New Year

Not both of us enjoy the atmosphere of the Chinese New New, so many rituals need to follow, a lot of 'interesting' food with special meaning and ingredients, a lot of in-laws to catch up.

Don't force him to enjoy, it's part of the deal. Can explain the meaning behind if his is interested. Accept we have different energy to deal with festival, don't be so upset if he is not as excited as you.

It's the time to relax and enjoy.
